	*What is Stephen Ministry?*
	Stephen Ministry is a special "love one another" service to provide one-to-one encouragement for people in need. Through these caring relationships, Stephen Ministers, in love and care, reach out to those who are hurting and in need of support during difficult life circumstances. Stephen Ministers are trained to deal with people who feel: "Life is more than I can handle alone right now." "My health, attitude, and relationships are suffering." "I never thought I'd be going through something like this." The Holy Spirit has given each of us gifts to use for His glory. Being a confidential caregiver may be a way you can offer His guidance to people who are suffering. This ministry is for those who have a heart for encouraging. Are you ready for the challenge?
