There’s a place for everyone at NPC! Whether you love working behind the scenes or leading up front, we have a team for you:
- Kids & Youth Ministry – Help the next generation know Jesus
- Worship & Tech – Lead others in worship and create powerful environments
- Hospitality & Welcome – Make people feel seen, known, and at home
- Prayer & Care – Support others through encouragement and intercession
- Facilities & Support – Keep our church running smoothly
- Community Ministries- Homeless, hunger or local and global ministries

Flood Ministries- Helping the homeless in Bakersfield
Living Waters- Providing clean water and sharing the living water of Jesus.
Magdalene's Hope- Helping those in Bakersfield affected by trafficking get out and find hope in Jesus' name
Morning Star- Providing fresh foods from local farms to those who are hungry and in need in Bakersfield.
Deacon's Ministry- We help those who are grieving, help with worship and help those in need in our congregation and community going through a difficult time.
NPC Craft Faire- Yearly event that raises money for missions locally and globally. Craft FAIRE SIGN UP FORM BELOW.

Did you know there are hungry people in our church, our community and neighborhood? Or are you in need of food? Or other household items, or other things? Please come and check out our Northpres Blessings Closet. Open Sundays 11:45-12:30
Jesus said when we help those in need we are blessing him! PLEASE donate items below to our NORTHPRES Blessings Closet Food bin in the lobby. Please DO NOT bring or donate anything that is NOT on the list below. We want to keep things simple and have healthy options. Only non-perishables and nothing expired. You can also donate money and it will go to our Blessings Closet food fund for purchasing things on the list below that we need to replenish. Put “Food for Blessings Closet” in the memo or note for on-line giving. You can give by using Zelle. Send to npctreasurer@yahoo.com Thank you! The Blessings closet will open September 7th and is open Sundays 11:45-12:30.
Protein/Meats: Canned chicken, canned tuna, canned beans, soup or chili, peanut butter or almond butter. Veggies: Green Beans, carrots, or corn Fruit: Fruit Cocktail, applesauce, peaches. Other Non perishables: Noodles/pasta, whole grain cereals, crackers, granola bars, macaroni/ hamburger helper/meal in a box
